Rakhat Zhumabek — ML/AI engineer from Astana. Teaching for 6 years: groups of 6–12 and one-on-one, in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
Currently an ML engineer at Q19: LLM fine-tuning and inference, systems for Air Astana, Kazakhtelecom, eGov/1414, and ENIS.
